SOAR Summer Camp

Mesa Middle School - July 23-26

Do you sometimes dislike going to school? Do you get nervous or anxious during a test or have trouble falling asleep at night? This course will give you tools to deal with the stress of school and friends. We will explore the brain science behind stress and use yoga and mindfulness to learn how to better to deal with it. We will also make crafts to help us relax including lavender eye pillows, calming glitter jars and painted kindness rocks. For youth entering grades 4-9. You do not have to be a student at Mesa Middle School to attend this camp.
